We offer the four most highly valued types of wild salmon for sale. They are king (Chinook) salmon, sockeye (red) salmon, coho (silver) salmon and bright chum (keta). Fresh wild salmon is available from early May thru September and frozen wild salmon is available throughout the year while supplies last. The following chart explains differences between the four wild salmon species:

We are able to offer our superior wild Alaskan salmon in a
variety of fresh and frozen product forms such as headed and
gutted, filleted, portioned and smoked strips. Our frozen wild
salmon is vacuum-sealed to seal in flavor and blast frozen to

stop the aging process thus providing you the freshest-frozen

wild salmon available. Frozen wild salmon treated this way and

stored at low temperatures of -10 degrees can last up to

12 months.

In order to ensure a high quality, frozen wild salmon product,

we prefer you buy your wild salmon by the box. That amount of

frozen density assures your wild salmon will still be frozen when

it arrives at your airport or your door. Each box holds between

45-50 pounds of wild salmon. Wild salmon types can be mixed to fill your box.

We ship our superior wild Alaskan salmon anywhere in the United States via Alaska Airlines Cargo to your nearest airport or via UPS to your door.
